DELIVERY COST

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for their order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most packages are shipped with India Post. The delivery time for these services is usually 1-7 business days for delivery within India and 15-25 business days for delivering internationally. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, customs, duties, or import fees you may incur once the package has shipped. Customs, duties, and import fees vary based on the country, and Rukaiya Badar Design is not responsible for paying these fees.

If you wish to return an international order, you will be responsible for paying the return delivery and any taxes, customs, duties, and import fees as well.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Each product has a unique timeframe for production before it is ready to ship. Please reference the individual product listings for estimated production times to know when your order will deliver.

Production, packing, and delivery may take longer during holiday seasons.

RETURN POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

Each item in our collection is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. As a small business specializing in paper stationery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review our policy below:

No Returns and No Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

• Kindly double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging

We will be happy to assist you and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

Rukaiya Badar Design is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or undeliverable packages once the package leaves my studio. Of course, I will do my best with what I can to help you if there are any problems with shipping!

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FILES

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds will not be given for digital downloads.
